You Already Own the Proof

Six half-empty bottles in one drawer. For years I'd been reading that as a verdict on me.
Here's what I did instead, one afternoon. I took them all out and wrote down what each one was supposed to do. Not the brand. Not the price. What it was aiming at.
More blood. More blood. More hormone. More blood. Circulation. More hormone.
Six products. Two answers.
And I realised I'd been carrying around a dataset that proved something completely different from what I thought it proved. It wasn't evidence about my body. It was evidence about a shelf.
That's the part I want you to sit with. You already own the proof. You don't have to trust me, or anyone selling you anything. Go and write down what each thing in your drawer was aiming at.
