So here's the thing nobody sold me, and it takes about twenty seconds.
This is what's meant to happen. Soft. It fills. It holds.
Here's the same thing after it's spent a couple of decades getting stiff. Same everything arriving. Nowhere for it to go.
That's a diagnosis. That's what was missing from every label I ever read.
And once you've got it, you can finally judge whether a product is aimed at it or not — which is something I could never do before.
